it was such a happy day for me to be able to take photos for this beautiful family last week-end…with this tough year behind them, i honor this family and especially jody for your amazing strength and the love that held you all close. jadyn, jackson and jordan you make me smile and you were such sweethearts during our session. and, al, i am sorry you are always the victim of the leaf monsters! 🙂 thank you so much, zielinski family.
this is it…this is the kind of day we who live in MN have been longing for. it was chilly, but the sun was shining and the leaves were falling…it was a beautiful fall day. and, lucky me because i had the opportunity to photograph the very adorable ceci, finn and gus on this lovely fall morning. you have seen these three recently on my blog…we took photos this past august. mom and dad wanted some additional fall photos so here they are. the last photo totally cracks me up…all ceci and finn care about is getting their hands on that yummy apple slice that gus is holding. chris and teresa, it was great to see you again. i am so glad we moved our shoot!!! 🙂
the last time i saw eve was exactly a year ago and since then she has a new baby brother who is very sweet and handsome. 🙂 he was the perfect baby…every time i looked over at him, he was just perfectly content, watching everything that was going on around him. and, then there is eve…a busy little two year old whose favorite color is blue. 🙂 simply darling is she. eve and charlie live with their beautiful parents in the cayman islands, but come back to see family here in MN. i am so lucky to take pictures of them while they are home. steve and april, thank you for a fun fall afternoon. i hope you can call MN home soon. 🙂
three pairs of very cute feetsies, which belong to three very cute, blondies…mom wanted a cute feet shot and i was happy to take it because i love feet…nothing cuter then little kiddo feet. it was a beautiful morning and we had so much fun. i love taking photos of children who are a little older…i don’t do this as often so it is sure a treat when i do. the conversations are so fun and innocent. kids are so filled with knowledge and love sharing stories and things that excite them. i love it. conner was a pro and i am thinking must secretly be taking photos on a daily basis. 🙂 he was a natural and was also such a great helper rounding up his younger brother and sister for me. and, his curls…wow. i think his mom and dad could be in trouble with those amazing curls. OH, and i cannot forget lucky, the lizard…nick’s pet…i was so lucky to get to meet him!! :). thank you, stacey for allowing me a very fun filled morning with your adorable children. it was a pleasure.

these very sweet children are the kiddos of my dear friend ann. 🙂 i loved seeing her and taking photos of her beautiful family. they were so good and little andrew loved seeing the photos after i took them. adorable. and, then i decided to take out the crazy chicken. he does not come out often, but he definitely gets the attention of my subjects. 🙂 anyways…the kids loved playing with him and the last photo is my favorite. classic. he was very loud and after a very short while i made mr. chicken go back in his sack for a nap because he was waking up all of the neighbors! ann and mark, it was so fun. thank you for giving me the opportunity. see you soon.
