i could have stayed at savannah’s house alllll morning…she was so happy and full of expression…the most adorable little one year old with a beautiful spirit… the light was stunning and i loved visiting with her mommy.  :)  i have loved watching savannah grow over the last year…it seems like yesterday that i met her and she was teeny tiny.  it is these little ones that allow me to feel so fulfilled in my career.  :)  thank you laura and jason…i adore your little family.  oh, and the bear in the photos was savannah’s moms when she was a little girl.  and, according to mommy, this bear slept in bed with her until savannah arrived.  so very sweet.

the first photo on this post melts me…i was playing a bit with big sister kathryn while mommy was feeding baby andrew.  we were talking and i asked kathryn what her baby’s name was.  she shyly looked at me and said, “baby andrew” and then she slowly leaned down and kissed his head.  so very sweet…these are the moments i love to witness and even better, mom and dad did not know it was happening.  baby andrew was the most awake little newborn i have ever photographed.  he just did not want to go into dreamland.  and, when he did, he was not there for long so we worked quickly to catch a few shots of him sleeping.  he is a beautiful baby boy and has been brought into a wonderful family.  thank you john and jennifer…i am so excited to watch your sweet ones grow.  :)

aren’t they just the sweetest little baby girls?  at three weeks and just over 5 pounds each, they were both absolute angels throughout the entire shoot. perfect little teeny beings…what lucky parents.  :)  so nice to meet you, annie…i really enjoyed our time together.

this first photo makes me giggle because i think it was about the only time they these two wanted to sit together at the same time.  i guess that is what you get with little 8 month old boys and one who was almost walking i might add!  don’t you love the bellies, rolls and four tootsies?  :) mmmm…mmmmm.  thank you so much to the h family.  the boys’ are adorable and have changed so much since i saw you last.  it is always so nice seeing your family!

i love how this photo of my little girl and her little friend michaela tells a sweet story…these two don’t get to see each other very often, but when they do they look so forward to playing together.  michaela is the big sister of alex who is in the post below.  i envision showing these photos one day when they are all grown up and still friends…  :)
