it is not often that my own little ones cooperate for my camera.  :)  as most photographers understand, it is hard to feel like you take good photos of your own kids.  but, today, my grace was all about the camera…granted, the fun only lasted about 3 minutes and ended with a classic grace face, but it was sure fun while it lasted.  :)  and, i cannot forget my maxwell who was being silly with his feet up in the air.

these very sweet children are the kiddos of my dear friend ann.  :) i loved seeing her and taking photos of her beautiful family.  they were so good and little andrew loved seeing the photos after i took them.  adorable. and, then i decided to take out the crazy chicken.  he does not come out often, but he definitely gets the attention of my subjects.  :)  anyways…the kids loved playing with him and the last photo is my favorite.  classic.  he was very loud and after a very short while i made mr. chicken go back in his sack for a nap because he was waking up all of the neighbors!  ann and mark, it was so fun.  thank you for giving me the opportunity.  see you soon.

it really does not get any better than arriving at a clients home and being greeted with a friendly hug.  what a sweet, loving family this is…  :) i took photos of these sweet little twin boys when they were just little tiny peanuts.  and, they still are so tiny, but have changed so much.  i just adore their parents and they literally had to push me out the door because i enjoy talking with them so much!  :)  it has been a joy to photograph ollie and finn…thank you so much sam and ryan!

alexandra beth is one week old…she is perfect in every way and has the most wonderful parents and a GREAT big sister.  :)  michaela who is almost 4, was not really in the mood to have her picture taken last week-end, but we tricked her a few times and captured some very sweet, loving moments.  :)  pat and jen…thank you for again for the opportunity and i am already excited to see you all again in october.

reed’s mommy drove along ways to come see me and it was wonderful to finally meet him.  baby reed is 5 weeks old and has the most amazing baby lips i have ever seen! his mom told me he likes to wiggle a lot, but he did not wiggle even a tiny bit during our shoot!  :) he was soooo perfect for his picture day…he slept for most of his photos letting me try a lot of different hats and poses. kate, it was so good to meet reed and also so nice to meet kelsy.  thank you so much for traveling to have photos taken of your sweet baby boy.  and, i cannot forget your wonderful driver.  she is pretty special herself!   such a fun afternoon!  i hope you enjoy your photo peek…
